About NetDue

Helping good businesses get paid without losing control.

NetDue is a UK focused credit control software product being built for businesses that need a clearer, more reliable way to manage overdue commercial invoices.

Who we are

Practical software for a difficult part of running a business.

NetDue is being built around a simple idea: credit control should be structured, visible and led by people. Small and growing businesses often have to spend valuable time chasing invoices while still making careful decisions about evidence, communication and legal escalation.

We are creating a single place to keep those steps together, with clear records of what was sent, what was received and what needs a person’s attention. NetDue is not a law firm or a debt collection agency; it is software to help a creditor run its own process responsibly.

What we plan to achieve

A calmer route from overdue to resolved, with better evidence.

Make the next step clear

Overdue invoices should not disappear into a spreadsheet or an inbox. NetDue brings reminders, evidence, responses and escalation decisions into one considered workflow.

Keep people in control

The software can organise and prepare work, but an authorised creditor remains responsible for the decision. Disputed, ambiguous or unsafe cases should pause for review.

Treat every conversation fairly

A debtor should have a clear way to raise a dispute, make a complaint or propose a payment arrangement. Better records help creditors act consistently and proportionately.

How it helps customers

Spend less time chasing. Make better informed decisions.

  • Keep reminders, delivery status and next steps visible.
  • Use current statutory calculations as evidence to review.
  • Give debtors a secure route to respond without an account.
  • Pause safely when a dispute or payment proposal needs attention.
  • Keep payment instructions direct to the creditor’s bank.

Built with clear boundaries

NetDue does not provide legal advice, represent creditors, file court claims, collect or hold debtor funds, or make recovery decisions automatically. Public access is still controlled while the product and its safeguards are being completed.
